This year has certainly been full of challenges. COVID has forced even the most introverted among us to just want a little more socialization. And the challenges of COVID certainly have bleed into Christmas. Yet there is still reason for cheer. Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas the religious holiday, you can celebrate a mental health Merry Christmas.
What do I mean by that.
Well, Christmastime is also a signal that the new year is right around the corner. And with it comes new beginnings and a farewell to the year 2020.
So I will keep it short today, so that you have plenty of time to go about this day in your own way, but I just wanted to drop in and wish you a very merry mental health Christmas.
Be well.
